AgilePM® Foundation Online Course
Candidates can prepare for the AgilePM® Foundation exam by taking courses (classroom courses or eLearnings) or self-study. APMG (the examination institute for AgilePM) recommends taking courses.
When taking courses, it’s important to check the training provider to ensure they are an accredited training organization (ATO) for AgilePM. Such organizations work under supervision from APMG to ensure they follow the quality guidelines, and the training programs they offer are aligned with the certification program. They are also allowed to sell and conduct the exams.
How to find a classroom course?
On the bottom of the APMG page on AgilePM, you can find a section for finding accredited training providers. You can filter the list for your location and check the websites of providers for more information. However, note that this section lists everything that the training providers are allowed to offer, which is usually much broader than what they actually offer at a certain time.
How to find the best eLearning course?
The process is similar to finding a classroom course, except that there are far fewer eLearning course providers. Moreover, because you can see demos of the eLearning courses, it’s much easier to choose.
Although, I may be a bit biased when it comes to eLearning courses because I’ve developed one, which is available from our company, Management Plaza :)
