DSDM® Products
DSDM defines 14 products, which are used by various roles throughout the process. These products can have different formats based on the nature of the project; e.g., document, information radiator, and model.
Categories
Similar to the roles, each product has a nature, which is one of the following:
- Business
- Management
- Technical
The fourth type of interest for roles is process, which doesn’t have a category in products because process-related artifacts are mixed with managerial ones and categorized as management products.
Most of these products evolve throughout the project to reflect the feedback we’ve got and to incorporate them into the project.
