Project Approach Questionnaire
The Project Approach Questionnaire is a set of 17 questions, each with a five-step score from strongly agree to strongly disagree. These questions address the risks that may cause problems in running the project using DSDM’s Agile approach. Using this questionnaire has a few benefits:
- It brings attention to risks and encourages team members to find proper risk responses for them.
- It can be used to tailor DSDM for the project.
It’s first filled in during the feasibility phase and then revised at the end of the foundations phase. In longer projects, the foundations phase may be repeated, and therefore, the Project Approach Questionnaire will be revised as well.
The Project Approach Questionnaire is first developed by the project manager, and the help of the other roles in the project level. When it’s revised later, the solution development team will be involved as well.
